Abstract

The anesthesia of izoflurane with phentanil exerts significant influence to variability of the heart rhythm of thoracic patients. Decreasing of the intraoperational of reactivity of vegetative nerve system at all levels entails with parasympathetic activity domination above sympathetic at the expense of primary increasing of vagus tonus .
